Your Job Journals Workspace lives in the cloud and will be generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with occasional periods of scheduled downtime for maintenance and upgrades. Internet disruptions aside, you probably will not even be aware of these changes.

REFERENCE AND HELP

Video is the most effective media we have today, so we have a YouTube channel full of walkthroughs. A Job Journals Workspace is designed for you to just jump in and be productive instantly, but a video demonstration lets you see and hear the information in a format that makes it easy to pause and rewind until things make sense. That said, there will be articles that you may find helpful in getting the most value from your subscription.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Note that cancellation does not cancel the account. Accounts do not require an active subscription, so while the subscription will deactivate at the end of the current period, you will be able to reactivate/upgrade a subscription or redeem a Gift Certificate.
